This form is to apply for the permit. Once form is filled out, Parks & Recreation will contact you regarding the permit request. Rental requests and fees are $25 per day for the gazebo only. Once your permit request has been approved, your $25 fee is non-refundable. We do not provide any tables, chairs, electric, etc. If you plan on having catered food or tents larger than 10x10, additional permits are required. No bounce houses are permitted. There is no open flames (grilling) in this area. You will need to grill in the BBQ pit area and transfer food to gazebo. There is also no alcohol or loud music/professional sound equipment allowed. Parking is along Concord St or east side of Park- no cars are permitted to drive up to the Gazebo. Please clean up after your event. Any further questions please contact us at 589-3370.
