-Each camper is expected to bring water, snacks, and lunch daily.
-We recommend that parents apply sunscreen and bug spray to their camper at drop-off.
-Each parent will be asked to respond via email to provide any additional requested information to NCMS at least one week prior to camp.

Refund Policy
In order to receive full reimbursement for camp/clinic registration, you must cancel two weeks prior to the first day of camp or send documentation (such as a Doctor’s note) proving that the child is not able to participate in the Nashua Summer Camp/Clinic. If you decide to cancel registration within the two weeks prior to the first day of camp, you will only receive a refund via Household Credit that can be used to register for other Nashua Parks and Recreation programs. Summer Camps that are outsourced or operated by organizations outside of the Nashua Parks and Recreation Department may not follow the same Refund Policy. For questions or requests revolving refunds for registration fees, please contact the Nashua Parks and Recreation Department.
